How long does it take?
Time from when we receive your films to delivery is usually 5 – 10 working days. However we do offer a same-day turnaround service. Please get in touch for details.
Do you fix damaged or dirty film?
Yes! Cleaning and fixing are both available. It isn’t always possible with film and tape, but where we can, the price with vary depending on the damage and condition. Repairs are usually free but there may be a small fee for cleaning tapes if particularly mouldy. Contact us for a free quote.
Do I get the original films back?
Absolutely! Everything will be returned to you via registered post. Or you’re welcome to collect in person.
